Hankalin al’umma da dama a wannan lokaci bai karkata kan nau’o’in cimaka da suke inganta lafiyarsu da kuma waɗanda za su taimaka musu wajen kauce wa shiga cikin matsalolin da suka shafi mazakuta ba. A tsarin gargajiya, abinci ba kawai cika ciki yake yi ba, yakan yi ayyukan magani da kariya da kuma garkuwa ga lafiyar al’umma. Wannan bincike ya mayar da hankali a kan matsayin nau’o’in abincin da Hausawa suka daɗe suna ɗaukar su a matsayin tushen ƙarfi da kuzari ga mazaje. Nazarin ya yi amfani da hanyoyin tattara bayanai na Ziyara da hira da rangadi da tattaunawa da masu magungunan gargajiya wajen lalubo bayanai. Baya ga haka, an ziyarci kafafen sadarwa na zamani kamar facebook da whtasApp wajen farauto wasu bayanai. Maƙalar ta yi amfani da tunanin Hausawa da yake cewa: “Magani a Gonar Yaro” a matsayin hanyar ɗora aiki. Sakamakon bincike ya nuna cewa, cimakar Hausawa tana ɗauke da sinadaran da suke inganta yawatawar jini da sha’awa da kuzari da kuma lafiyar maniyyi ga ɗa namiji. Maƙalar ta ba da shawarar cewa, akwai buƙatar komawa ga hikimar magabata domin inganta lafiyar mazakuta ba tare da dogaro da magungunan Turawa da suka zama tamkar na wucin-gadi ba.
